AI Robot

I build Agentic AI solutions for small & medium sized businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. The solution could be hosted by you, the customer, or I could host it on a cloud platform, depending on what process you would like to automate. I use a variety of tools depending on the need: LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK, Copilot, Power Automate. All these tools can use any Large Language Model (LLM) that is available: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Deepseek, etc. In my experience, each LLM has advantages and disadvantages. If you are interested, the rankings of the various AI models can be found Here.

While some consultants will happily build you an AI Agent and move on to the next project, I like to go a little deeper. I want to first understand your people & your processes. Only then do I feel you can legitimately ask: “What process can I automate?” At this point, I will recommend what processes to automate and build the solution for you. If you don't include the human element, the tool will remain unused.

Use Cases for Agentic AI

  • Chatbot to respond to customer inquiries
  • AI Agent to scrape prospects from a database, draft an email and send an email blast
  • AI Agent to search the web, analyze results and then write a recommended course of action
  • AI Agent that can receive an vendor invoice, validate the invoice against accounts payable and then route the invoice for approval
  • Claude Cowork to conduct Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on a user's PC
  • Power Automate/Copilot that can also conduct Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on a user's PC

You may look at these solutions and think they are prohibitively expensive. However, Large Language Models are actually quite inexpensive. For simple queries and tasks the LLM may only charge a few pennies for token usage. Even in a complex task, like writing a complete application may cost less than $10.00, much less than the cost of an actualy programmer. Note: some solutions may require subcription costs on top of the token costs. Obviously, part of the implementation process will involve an estimate of costs.
