When working with me, I will use the following methodology. Note: I may change this methodology to suit your particular situation.

  1. Initial phone consultation to determine if I can bring value to your organization
  2. Discussion about metrics that you would like to improve upon
  3. Onsite visit that will analyze readiness for process changes and automation
  4. Analysis of the relevant processes, including process mapping and identification of value-added and non-value-added steps
  5. Identification of opportunities for automation
  6. Building and deployment of Agentic AI solution
  7. Implementation of redesigned process that incorporates automation
  8. 30-day follow-up to see if any adjustments are required
  9. 90-day follow-up to determine if the identified metrics have improved
